Activities

The Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences (GPEC) is responsible for :

  • Vocational training
  • Recruitment / Internal mobility
  • ITRF / teacher competitions
  • Individual Professional Interviews (IPI)
  • Mapping of competences
  • Professional development advice
Training of university staff
  • PUF University Training Plan - Outlines the training courses offered by the university and open to all.
  • Collective training courses. Consultation and registration on the SYGEFOR platform accessible from e.doc.
  • Facilitated access to interdepartmental training opportunities that allow for a wider range of training.
  • Individual, professional or personal training, at the request of the employee, who sends a justification, accompanied by an estimate with the opinion of the supervisor.

Recruitment / Internal mobility
The division is responsible for the organisation of recruitments but also competition teaching or administrative staff (ITRF) within the university.
An internal mobility campaign is organised at the end of the academic year to enable staff to move on to new missions and acquire new skills that will be valued in their career path.

PPE campaign
The professional interview campaign, organised once a year at the end of the academic year, allows each administrative staff member to have a review interview with his/her line manager. This discussion is an opportunity to take stock of the past year and to set objectives for the coming year.

Mapping of competences
The IPSs are used to map the positions and skills that can be mobilised within the university.

Professional development advice
To advise and support public servants in their career plans and paths.
