Permission to film on campus

To film or take photographs on the campuses and on the premises of the University of Avignon, you must have a valid filming permit.

Before applying for a filming permit, you must complete a shuttle formwhich is the mandatory procedure to any event on campus.

This completed shuttle form should be sent by email to evenements@univ-avignon.fr
As soon as your shuttle form has been accepted, you will be issued with a filming permit.

Your application must include the following information:

• company
• full address
• name and surname of the applicant
• phone
• email address
• description of the request
• site or building concerned
• date of the event, shooting or filming
• name and contact details of the contact person in the institution

Attention: a period of 15 days should be taken into account, in view of the validation circuit essential for the processing of your application by the departments concerned.
