Your administrative procedures

Information

I'm enrolling at Avignon University: stages.

Please note: administrative registration is completely paperless (registration and uploading of required documents online). You will need to collect your student card (or sticker if you are re-registering) from the Registrar's Office once your registration has been processed and approved by the Registrar's Office.
For any technical difficulties, please contact us here.

Educational registration and examinations

Once you have been registered administratively for the year with the Registrar's Office, you will need to register each semester via your Digital Work Environment.

The purpose of this enrolment is to validate the list of teaching units that you will be required to follow for the semester and, at the same time, to enable you to enrol for the relevant examinations.

About the exams, you should remember that :

  • access to examination rooms is forbidden to any candidate who arrives after the envelopes containing the subjects have been opened, even if a student may be authorised, in exceptional circumstances, to enter the examination room for the purpose of composing, no later than 30 minutes after the start of the test,
  • when the test lasts more than one hour, candidates present when the papers are opened are not authorised to leave the examination room before the end of the first hour once the papers have been distributed, even if they hand in a blank paper,
  • at the end of the first hour, students who wish to leave the room temporarily will only be allowed to do so one by one and accompanied by one of the supervisors,
  • Any fraud or attempted fraud committed during a continuous assessment or examination may be subject to disciplinary action, which may include a permanent ban on registering for or taking any examination leading to a degree or diploma awarded by a higher education institution. Please note that plagiarism is considered to be fraud.
You should also be careful about your use of web resources, including via your smartphone: copying and pasting texts from the Internet generally does not go unnoticed, and your teachers are helped to detect these sources by specific software provided by the ICTE Mission. Whether it's for exam papers or mid-term exams, using the web without citing your sources constitutes fraud and exposes you to the penalties set out in the exam regulations.
