Departures in Europe (ERASMUS)

The programme ERASMUS + aims, among other things, to promote student mobility between the 27 EU Member States as well as Macedonia, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Turkey.

Created in 1987, it is managed in France by theEurope Education Training Agency France (2E2F).

The ERASMUS programme is available from the second year of higher education. The duration of the stay varies from 3 to 12 months.
Doctoral students are also eligible.

A student of the Université d'Avignon can study for a maximum of one ERASMUS period of one academic year per study cycle (licence, master and doctorate). He/she must study in an institution with which we have signed an ERASMUS cooperation agreement in the student's discipline.

European institutions participating in the ERASMUS programme organise the reception of incoming students, and usually help them to find and book accommodation. To find out what your rights and obligations are if you take part in an ERASMUS exchange, read the ERASMUS Charter. To apply for Erasmus, go to Application.
