As soon as I am recruited, my manager sends me a letter:
- Provide the following documents:
- National identity card
- Copy of the family record book
- A bank account number
- A copy of my health insurance card
- Any element relating to my previous professional situation (decrees, ...)
- Information sheet
Depending on your situation
- My application for Family Salary Supplement (SFT)
- Doing the request to open my digital identity which will allow me to access my Digital Workspace, for this I must attach to my application :
- a copy of your identity card
- a copy of the agreement or my contract
- a copy of the agreement or my contract
- Date and sign the IT charter
- Send a passport photo to drh-gestion@univ-avignon.fr for the creation of my professional card
On the day of my arrival at the University, I must :
- Sign my Installation Report (IR)
