[Conference] 21 April at 1pm: "Can we produce without pesticides in arboriculture?

Date and place :
21 April 2023
Starting at 1pm
Avignon University, Jean-Henri Fabre Campus, Building A

"We all have in mind the figure of 35 interventions, on average, per year on an apple orchard. This figure shows the challenge we face today, namely to reduce as much as possible the use of phytosanitary products, whether they are chemical or organic, CMR (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, Reprotoxic) or not.
The aim of this conference is to achieve a constructive dialogue on this issue. To achieve this, we have invited several professionals from the agricultural world: a researcher from INRAE (Clara Torres-Barcelo), two experimental programme officers from La Pugère (Vincent Lesniak or Myriam Berud), a technical advisor from the GR CETA (Pascal Borioli), a research fellow at GRAB (François Warlop) and a farmer (Claude Vignaud).
This event will take place on Friday 21 April from 1pm at the agroparc of the University of Avignon, building A, and will be broadcast live and replayed on the association's Youtube channel.
