Valorisation and Technology Transfer Unit

At the service of researchers, doctoral students, laboratories and federative research structures, the "Valorisation and Technology Transfer" unit is the privileged interface between Avignon Université and the socio-economic and institutional world.The unit's vocation is to support researchers and promote research partnerships as well as all of Avignon Université's research and development activities.Its main missions are :

• Initiate, develop and facilitate relations with external partners in the field of Research & Development.
• Supporting researchers and/or their research partners in :
  • negotiating and formalising contractual activities,
  • how to protect and promote research results through intellectual property and licensing,
  • technology transfer operations, including the creation of innovative companies.
