Confidentiality rules for the MOBILE application

Data security

HTTPS secure browsing

Your browsing on the application is secure and encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. Your activity is therefore protected throughout your use of the application and any exchanges with the server that could be intercepted for fraudulent use cannot be decrypted or interpreted.

The data we collect and why we collect it

The mobile application collects information about your access to the various services it offers (date and time, frequency). This data is used exclusively to compile statistics on the use of the application so that we can offer services that are better adapted to your habits and needs.

No data is shared with third-party companies.

The application does not collect any other data (location, contacts, etc.).

Any changes to these points will be communicated to you and you will be asked for your agreement.

Peripheral functions

The mobile application accesses a number of services offered by your browsers and devices. It must ask you for authorisation to do this:

  • either globally at the time of installation, or
  • or at the time of use of the service for the authorisations required.

The application never uses a function of your device or browser without your consent. Moreover, native iOS and Android applications could not be published on the stores if they did not request these authorisations. Finally, no information is shared with other third-party services or companies.

Information about your device

The mobile application needs to know your type of hardware, Os and system version in order to compile equipment statistics and offer tailored services. It therefore asks for your authorisation to access this information, which is collected for statistical purposes only.

Access to storage

Generally speaking, the mobile application keeps a certain amount of information loaded (in memory) to avoid having to reload it later. This improves performance to give you better ergonomics and an optimal experience.

To do this, the application uses your browser's storage or asks you to authorise access to the space reserved for the mobile application (and only that space) on your device created when the said application was installed.
