Avignon University is organising its fourth higher education forum:

PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT BY LOOKING AT THE COURSES OFFERED BY EACH SCHOOL

Whether you're a secondary school pupil, a student or an adult returning to education, you'll be able to find out more about the courses on offer by visiting 70 public and private training establishments, representing a wide range of courses available directly after the BAC and up to BAC +8. Whether you're looking for a short or long course of study, vocational or generalist, initial training or work-linked training, at university, in the leading business and engineering schools, or in specialist schools... the Forum des Études Supérieures will give you the chance to talk to teachers, students and guidance professionals!

Training, careers, student life... these are just some of the topics that you can discuss at the stand or by taking part in the conferences. Visitors will also be able to find out more about continuing their studies or discover the organisations that can help them find their first job as a young graduate. Student entrepreneurship will also be in the spotlight.

ORGANISATION OF THE FORUM

The forum will be divided into 3 sections and will feature 140 stands:

Information-Orientation-Student Life Centre: This area will feature a range of organisations that provide support and advice to high school and university students.

The themes will be diverse:

  • Student aid: grants, accommodation, health, transport
  • International mobility: gap year, Erasmus, exchange programmes
  • Choosing a career: advice from national education psychologists, university careers advisory services, information tools, etc.
  • Sports and cultural activities Student leisure activities

Baccalaureate to Bac+8 courses: 70 establishments will be present, offering a wide range of post-baccalaureate courses (LICENCE, CPGE, BTS, BUT, Bachelors, Masters, professional degrees, Grandes Écoles, etc.).
The centre will showcase the range of training courses available in the Vaucluse and neighbouring departments, as far afield as Lyon, Toulon, Marseille and Montpellier. Whatever their level or sector of activity, visitors will be able to talk to representatives of the training courses on offer, to help them make the right choices.

Careers Centre: Visitors will be able to find out about and talk to professionals in the defence, security and civil service sectors, with a host of partners on hand. Job placement agencies will be on hand to present their services to help young graduates find employment.

Advice and coaching on how to enter training or working life will be offered in this careers centre.

To complement the information on the exhibitor stands, themed conferences will be held throughout the day: Parcoursup / Work-linked training / Health studies, etc.

VISITOR RECEPTION

  • Parking will be in the Parking des Italiens.
  • A catering service will be available on site - CROUS
  • The CROUS cafeteria will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., payment by credit card only.
