All resilient in the face of risk

The experts are unanimous: with climate change, the frequency and severity of hazards, and the risks they entail, will intensify. In this context, we need to be as prepared as possible, to limit our own exposure and that of our loved ones, but also to learn how to react to these hazards, which may appear suddenly. Resilience Week, from 10 to 13 October, and International Resilience Day (13 October) provide an opportunity to raise awareness, educate and inform, and Avignon University is also getting involved.

A seminar for the general public is planned Tuesday 10 October, 5.30-6.30pm, followed by an exhibition in the hall of the North Building (Hannah Arendt campus) at 6.30pm (the installation will last until 13 October inclusive).
