Why did you choose this course?

The CAFERUIS course was an obvious choice for my professional development, and it was time for me to take a step back and look at the social field from a different angle.
To approach my practice from a new angle, but also to renew it in order to put my accumulated experience to good use.

What was interesting for me was being able to combine theory and practice in the field.
Manage a project from start to finish, and integrate a professional network for middle-management functions to improve job-seeking skills.

What have you gained from your training since then?

These cross-disciplinary skills have enabled me to work in several areas of social work as a manager, and to build on my experience in the Masters II Social Policy course.
I'm currently in charge of a foundation offering supported housing and emergency accommodation.
