Organising a festive event
- Visit theevent organisation and find all the answers to your questions: organisers' responsibilities, risk behaviour, prevention, organisation... a comprehensive site with additional resources to help you think about every aspect of a successful, safe and inclusive student festive event.
- Are you a member of a student association based at the Université d'Avignon? Don't forget to pick up your prevention kits at the Department of Culture and Campus Life (breathalysers, condoms, earplugs, GHB test, glass protectors).
Prevention kits are supplied to all associations and must be available at all your festive events.

2/ Signature of the Charter of Associations
Mandatory signature of the charter of associations for any association wishing to establish its head office at the University of Avignon.
Mandatory signature for any association, not domiciled at the University of Avignon, for the use of premises and/or equipment or for grant applications.
For student associations: sign the Charter at the Department of Culture and Campus Life.

II - Financing an association
FSDIE - Fonds de Solidarité et de Développement des Initiatives Étudiantes
- the association must be domiciled at the University of Avignon;
- be in good standing with the Department of Culture and Campus Life, particularly with regard to reports on the use of previously awarded grants;
- submit an electronic version of the grant application to the Student Vice-Chancellor and the Department of Culture and Campus Life 3 weeks before the date of the committee meeting.

2/ estimated project budget (.xls format)
3/ annual provisional budget of the association (format.xls)
The application must be submitted by e-mail only: fsdie-asso@univ-avignon.fr
10 days before the FSDIE committee meeting and after having made an appointment with the Direction de la Culture et de la Vie de Campus (alexandra.piaumier@univ-avignon.fr )
No file will be accepted without a prior appointment with the service and without validation of the service.
Each project funded must be the subject of a moral and financial report (download the sample moral and financial assessment of a project funded by the FSDIE .)
CROUS: CVEC and CultureActions

The application must also be stamped by the Maison de la Culture et de la Vie de Campus BEFORE SENDING IT TO CROUS.
CROUS funding committee calendar for 24/25
- Tuesday 15 October 2024 (application must be submitted no later than 4 October 2024)
- Tuesday 19 December 2024 (application to be submitted no later than 6 December 2024)
- Tuesday 20 March 2025 (applications must be submitted by 7 March 2025)
- Tuesday 26 June 2025 (applications must be submitted by 13 June 2025)
- For grant applications ≤ 2 000 €: projects are studied as the water flows ;
- For grant applications > €2,000: reviewed 4 times a year by the CVEC committee ;
- For the student unions, the amount of the advance is increased to 70% . The remaining 30% will be paid on a pro rata basis once the financial report has been produced.
The actions supported by the Crous will primarily benefit students enrolled in institutions that do not receive a CVEC payment, where there are generally few student life actions, and students whose place of study is far from the major urban and university centres.However, student associations registered in a beneficiary institution may propose projects, provided that they are intended also to students from outside their institution.The application must then be sent by e-mail to the CROUS services: at cve@crous-aix-marseille.fr
