• 2006-2008: Lecturer, University of Halle (Germany), Institute of Geobotany and freelance work (ecological assessments, organic farming)
• 2001-2006: Assistant doctorate, coordinator of two multidisciplinary and/or international projects, University of Fribourg (Switzerland), Ecology and Evolution Unit
• 1998-2001: Post-doctoral fellow at the Environmental Research Centre (UFZ) Halle-Leipzig (Germany), Department of Community Ecology and teaching contracts with the University of Halle.
