This evening is devoted to research-creation, a labelled model of research and creation combining theory and artistic practice that has recently appeared in French universities. Two doctoral students from Avignon Université will be invited to talk about their relationship with this new way of thinking about research and creation in the context of academic work.

So there are many aspects to discover and consider in trying to understand the complex role of the artist-researcher in the modern academic and artistic world.
