From 19 to 23 May, Geomatics Week will take place in Avignon, with several events:
- GdR MAGIS Methodology School CNRS from 19 to 21 May
This year, the CNRS MAGIS Research Group network (over 50 laboratories and 300 researchers in geographic information sciences in France) is offering a week-long immersion in Geographic Information Sciences.
Avignon University and the 4 Research Actions of the GdR MAGIS of the CNRS (Voluntary geographic information and crowdsourcing [AR02], Mobilities and socio-environmental impacts [AR06], (Carto)graphies and (Geo)visualisations of data [AR09] and Geomatics, City, Climate and Pollution [AR12]) are organising on 19, 20 and 21 May 2025 a :
