To mark International Women's Rights Day, the CER Faculté de droit and the Avignon Bar Association invite you to a conference on “Women and Money”.
As the law of 13 June 1965 on women's financial independence celebrates its 60th anniversary, where do we stand in terms of equality between men and women when it comes to money? From taxation to economic violence, from wage inequalities to the disparities in assets created by separations, this conference looks at the many legal dimensions of women's money, revealing the gender inequalities that persist in our society.
