Psychological support & social assistance: setting up a call-out service for people who are isolated or in difficulty

Setting up a call-out service for people who are isolated or in difficulty

In addition to tools at your disposal if you need them (e-mail dated 23 March, 6.22pm),

the QWL department of the HRD is launching a call service for our agents in difficulty, following the confinement.

The exceptional conditions we are experiencing (working at a distance, living in a small space, social distancing, fears, loss of reference points, ....) are imposing themselves on us. These are major changes that lead to anxiety, anguish, various decompensations and ..... We have a role to play in helping you through these difficult times.

It's legitimate to feel destabilised by such upheaval. So do you, we invite you to registerIf you feel the need, contact us on la list of isolated persons or in difficulty or, if you don't have one, to discuss it with your colleagues who may need it (during a call, an e-mail exchange, etc.).

Once you're on the list, we'll be able to call you as often as you need, give you advice if you need it, and simply listen to you.

This list will be confidential and managed solely by the service coordinator, Ms Vermès. She will ask for your authorisation if you need to be put in touch with the person of your choice (internally: a prevention assistant, the work psychologist, the social worker, or other external professionals specialising in violence management (family, neighbours, etc.), addiction support (alcohol, gambling, etc.), health (long-term illness, disability, family planning, etc.), etc.).

To register Just send me an e-mail with a telephone number where I can reach you.

Take care of yourself

Kind regards
