The GIF (Geodata, Real Estate, Land) partnership chair was officially launched on Friday 31 March 2023 on the Hannah Arendt campus of Avignon Université.
Co-directed by Laure Casanova Enault and Guilhem Boulay, lecturers in geography at Avignon University (UMR CNRS 7300 ESPACE), the GIF Chair brings together four founding members, all key players in the land and property sector: Adequation, a consultancy specialising in data and property markets; Cerema, a public body specialising in the sustainable development of territories; Meilleurs Agents, the French leader in online property valuation; and Union Sociale pour l'Habitat, the national union of federations of low-cost housing organisations.
