Sustainable food: biomolecules, alternative proteins and cardiometabolic health.
As part of the development of a new collaboration between members of theInstitute for Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF) - Université Laval in Quebec, researchers from the Université d'Avignon and INRAE involved in the IMPLANTEUSCome and discover their expertise and research platforms, mainly in the fields of sustainable food, plant and alternative proteins, and cardiometabolic health.
