Who are these third parties?

By third parties we mean people who are not part of our establishment, and whose personal data we are required to process in the context of certain activities.
This may include :

  • pre-contractual relations such as the management of applications for the various jobs in the establishment
  • contractual, such as the management of personal data under certain agreements (service contracts with certain service providers, etc.).
  • external readers of the university library

Avignon Université collects and processes the information requested below on the legal basis of its public service mission to manage your enrolment in the university library.
with the following sub-purposes:
administrative and financial management
creating and issuing reader cards
Your photo is only used to produce the card. The supporting documents are only used to determine the rights to be paid. Neither is kept once the card has been produced.
Your telephone number will enable us to contact you to issue the card or to discuss loans.

You may access your personal data, rectify it, request that it be deleted or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.

Avignon Université collects and processes the information requested below on the legal basis of its public service mission in order to add books, comics and DVDs to its collection.

Book loan request (interlibrary loan)
