Employee data
Whether you are a temporary employee, administrative staff, lecturer, teacher-researcher or researcher, Avignon Université processes your personal data in order to fulfil its missions.
You will find below the different treatments that correspond to your activity within the establishment.
Treatments affecting all staff :
- Recruitment
- Creating a digital identity
- Career management
- Remuneration management
- Management of occupational medicine
Data processing concerning ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF :
- Holiday management :
The leave management application enables administrative staff to submit their leave requests. Their manager is informed and can approve or reject the request, taking into account the organisation of the department to which they belong.
It also determines how working time is to be organised.
Teaching and research staff are not subject to the same rules as administrative staff
They have an annual service obligation and are not affected by this. Their leave is determined by the school's opening and closing dates, the constraints of their teaching duties (teaching calendar) and the administrative obligations associated with their job (juries, teaching meetings, etc.). - Job descriptions and individual professional interviews:
The application allows you to organise the interview process (preparation, conduct, conclusions)
Treatments concerning Teachers and Lecturers:
Management of services, shifts and overtime
OSE (Organisation des Services d'Enseignement) is an open source application designed by the Université de Caen Normandie to manage the services of permanent and contract teaching staff electronically.
Its aims are :
- Determining forecast (on the basis of models and headcount) and actual (on the basis of actual timetables) teaching.
- Draw up a service sheet for each member of staff
- Editing employment contracts for temporary workers
- Determining remuneration for teaching (by temporary employees, or by Avignon Université lecturers if additional hours are worked).
- This involves creating a user account, recording information and submitting the documents required for recruitment or overtime.
The recipients of the data are the staff of the following departments:
- The Human Resources Department
- The Accounting Agency
- The administrative services of the University's components
- Corporate governance
- Information Systems Department
Users of the application (temporary and permanent teachers, administrators) have rights of access, rectification and limitation conferred on them by the General Data Protection Regulation, which they may exercise by contacting the school's Data Protection Officer (dpo@univ-avignon.fr). If you feel that our responses to your queries are unsatisfactory, you can submit a complaint to the CNIL.
