How long does your donation take?
From the welcome to the A+ break, allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour, including all the stages of the donation:
Welcome and registration, pre-donation questionnaire and interview, donation (10 min), A+ break (snack)

Before the donation, remember to be well hydrated, eat and bring your ID with you.
