The end-of-year Gala is back at Avignon Université!

On 21 and 22 May 2025, Avignon Université and Inter'Asso Avignon are organising Campus Springin collaboration with student associations.

Two days to celebrate the end of the university year, with cultural, sporting and festive activities. which promote and encourage student commitment. The musical evening on Thursday 22 May, in the gardens of the Hannah Arendt campus, will be the highlight of this unifying event.

Prices for the Gala on the evening of 22 May :
Up to and including 20 May: 10 euros for students of legal age from Avignon (all institutions) / 15 euros for staff and non-students
21 and 22 May: 15 euros for students of legal age from Avignon (all institutions) / 20 euros for staff and non-students

Wednesday 21 May, Hannah Arendt campus:

• 9-18h: Various cultural activities organised by the Au-delà du Plateau student association all day long;
• 6pm - midnight: The SUAPS Nocturnes Finals at the Pôle Sportif (6pm futsal, 8pm basketball, 10pm volleyball).

Thursday 22 May, Jean-Henri Fabre campus:

• from 9.30 am : Color RunRegistration required: 9.30am: welcome and warm-up - 10am: start of the colour run (meet in front of the CROUS cafeteria)
• 12pm-2pm: Food trucks, musical siesta and pétanque (Verger de la pensée) ;
• 2pm-5pm : Inflatable games and various activities offered by the university's student associations (Verger de la pensée).

Finally, from 8pm to midnight, GALA EVENING on the Hannah Arendt campus:

• Concerts and DJ setswith local student talent and DJs Benedetto and Farina.
  Refreshment bar and buffet on site
  
  Programming :
  - 8-10pm: student groups from the University of Toulon (pop-rock)
  - 22h : DJ Benedetto and Farina
  
  Prevention stands throughout the evening: Planning Familial 84, Étape 84, Avenir Santé PACA, Union Départementale des Sapeurs-Pompiers du Vaucluse and Sécurité Routière.
  Admission possible until 10pm only (entrance via the Sports Centre)
