On 2 April 2026, Konstantinos Chalikakis and Guillaume Cinkus (UMR EMMAH), will present a Midiscience on the theme :
«The visible and invisible paths of water»
Take an interactive quiz and discover the secrets of groundwater, the invisible water that flows through your taps every day. From the geological past that has shaped underground reservoirs to current and future issues (vulnerability, human pressures and climate change), together we'll discover the origin, path and future of this precious resource.
Guillaume Cinkus is a research engineer in hydrology and the development of scientific applications (Avignon University / UMR EMMAH) and Konstantinos Chalikakis is a professor in hydrogeology (Avignon University / UMR EMMAH) and head of the the GeEAUde chair.
This Midiscience is part of Science Week. JACES.
