8 to 12 September: SPORT week and well-being
Find out more about the University Physical and Sports Activities Department (SUAPS) every day of the week to discover the sporting activities on offer at Avignon University:
- From 10am to 12pm on the Jean-Henri Fabre campus in the grounds of the Institut AgES ;
- From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Hannah Arendt campus in the central park.
What's more, The Maison du Vélo of Greater Avignon is on hand to present their services, with workshops and events:
- From 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on Friday 12 September on the Jean-Henri Fabre campus ;
- 11.45 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday 10 September on the Hannah Arendt campus;

Le Curieux banquet - 14 September
From 11.30 a.m. : A banquet was organised along the ramparts, covering a total distance of 2 km, between the Porte Saint-Lazare and the Porte de la République!
Bring a dish to share, your cutlery, your plates, your water bottle and your good humour. It's free, open to all and no booking is required. An event organised by the City of Avignon, as part of Terre de Culture 2025. Further information on this site.
- monday 15 september : from 11.30am: Opening of membership of the Culture Patch and Introductory Art Workshops - central park on the Hannah Arendt campus
- tuesday 16 september : from 11am: Sound buffet (with DJ set) and membership of the Culture Patch - Park between the Agrosciences buildings (Jean-Henri Fabre campus)
- wednesday 17 september : 6-8pm: Free afterwork open to all.
- Thursday 18 September 12.30pm: Un opus au campus - concert by the Orchestre national Avignon Provence - hall of the north building (Hannah Arendt campus)
- friday 19 september : afternoon: Cultural walk from the Hannah Arendt campus, with visits to the Grenier à sel, the Maison Jean Villar, the Collection Lambert and the Musée Angladon.
- Saturday 20 September 2pm-6pm: European Heritage Day with guided tours of the North Building on the Hannah Arendt campus and a visit to the apothecary with a VR headset.
22 September: Mobility Days
From 11 a.m. on the Hannah Arendt campus: discover all the mobility options available in Avignon. Stands and events organised by over 20 local players: Réseau ZOU, Orizo, Mission Locale, Cap Emploi, Mobilité Université, Avignon Town Hall, Association Art de vivre, Roulons à Vélo, SNCF, etc.

- Tuesday 23 September from 11 a.m. (North Building and Central Park, Hannah Arendt campus): A free recycling centre for students (crockery, household linen, small electrical appliances and furniture, etc.) and food and hygiene product distribution with the French Red Cross. There will also be a presentation on responsible eating. Various health and social players from Avignon will be present: SSE, Relais Handicap, PAEJ, CROUS, CPAM, Avenir Santé maraude, Manoléta, etc.

29 September to 2 October: Citizen and Community Involvement Week
