Update from CROUS Avignon

All staff at the Avignon site (administration and accommodation) telework or work on site, particularly in accommodation, as part of the business continuity plan.

Physical and telephone reception has been replaced by the possibility of contacting CROUS via the address antenne.avignon@crous-aix-marseille.fr. This address is widely used by students to obtain information about their current scholarship. For the scholarship campaign for the coming year 2020/2021, students should ask their questions via the portal messervices.etudiant. gouv.fr. Scholarship applications are still being processed normally.

Accommodation, Currently 120 students are confined to CROUS residences, identified and in regular contact with CROUS via a continuous information feed and individual phoning. This direct contact makes it possible to assess the individual situation of each student and provide them with appropriate assistance in a timely manner. They have been informed of the possibility of contacting preventive medicine.

Although the vast majority of residents do not report any problems in this area, their food supply is a major concern for CROUS.

The Avignon branch donated its food stocks to Restos du Coeur and we informed residents about the new Restos du Coeur service. Other supply solutions are being studied.

We have been in contact with all the students on fixed-term contracts working in Avignon's 4 catering facilities to assure them of the CROUS's financial support.

Social workers, Fabrice Mante and Malika Bellanger remain fully committed to both CROUS and FSDIE grants.

The psychologist Ville Campus is also continuing its remote consultations by telephone or Skype; do not hesitate to contact him he is available. For emergencies, he is able to contact students quickly.
