Lifelong Learning

Choosing to train with Avignon Université means obtaining a diploma in one of our many specialities to acquire new skills, increase your knowledge or develop your expertise. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the SFTLV, we'll help you get started!

The aim of the Lifelong Learning Service (SFTLV) is to develop apprenticeships and continuing education and to contribute to regional economic development. It is a joint service of Avignon University. It enables students to continue their apprenticeship training, or adult employees/jobseekers to resume their studies in order to improve their skills or enhance their professional experience through :

  • National professional diplomas with high added value (Masters, Licences, Professional Licences)
  • Specialised university diplomas (DU)
  • Continuing education courses accredited by Avignon University and leading to credits (E.C.T.S.)
  • Certifying courses
  • Specialised short courses leading to qualifications
  • Validation of prior learning (VAE or VAPP)

The department is keen to enhance the value of its diplomas through the quality of its training courses, both in terms of their professionalism and the expertise of its research teachers.
