Vascular function and structure in cardiometabolic pathologies (obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome): role of inflammation, oxidative stress and microparticles in endothelial and smooth muscle dysfunction and in the development of atherosclerosis. Prevention and rehabilitation of these dysfunctions using prophylactic methods combining physical exercise and nutrition.
