"Art in the open air" is art outside, exposed to the elements, offered to passers-by and interacting with its environment.

Invited by the Centre Norbert Elias's "Cultures and Mediations" theme, Joëlle Zask will use examples of sculptures to show how art that is truly outdoors not only occupies public space but also helps to create public places.
