President Donald Trump's second term in office seems to be marked by an outright rejection of any attempt to regulate new technologies. This study day, organised by CER Droit, aims to put the different approaches to digital (de)regulation (European and American) into perspective, while examining their compatibility in a world where they are increasingly difficult to reconcile.
