Efferv' & Sciences, the educational brewery of the Avignon University IUT wins 2 medals at the 5th Avignon Beer Competition

Efferv' & Sciencesthe educational brewery of the IUT d'Avignon Université, is pleased to inform you that it has collected two fine medals at the 5ᵉ Avignon Beer Competitionwhich took place in the technology hall of the IUT on Saturday 15 February 2025 :

✨ First of all, the GOLD medal :
🏅 For the CASSABROan American Pale Ale with Cascade and Sabro hops.
👉 This beer was brewed by the 2024 class of the DU Brewing Process Technician of the IUT.

🥈 And finally, the SILVER medal :
🏅 For the Pass-ParSTOUTAn elegant, light and very drinkable stout (black beer).
👉 This beer was entirely designed, brewed and bottled by students from 3ᵉ year of BUT Biological Engineering SAB of the IUT.

👏 Congratulations again for the quality of their work on this project, which is now being recognised in a very special way!
