Activities

The Department of Studies and Schooling participates in the development and implementation of the school's strategic orientations in the field of training and schooling.

It provides support to the teaching departments and teams and coordinates the implementation of cross-disciplinary projects aimed at optimising and modernising the tasks associated with student career paths.

Training Tools and Follow-up Unit

• Steering the training offer: implementation and operational monitoring of strategic training decisions.
• Coordination and support for users of the training offering
• Setting up and managing ministerial platforms (MonMaster, Parcoursup, Etudes en France)
• Operational roll-out of the Pegase education information system (configuration, support and training)

Timetable centre

Drawing up student and teacher timetables for all courses (except IUT)

Booking of rooms for events (conferences, symposia)

Production of statistical data on the use of teaching premises and time slots
