JAE / Welcome Day for new students

On Thursday 3 October, join us for the 10th edition of the JAE, the New Student Welcome Day, from 12 noon to 11pm.

All L1 students have a free afternoon in their timetable to take part in the Welcome Day for new students, organised by the City of Avignon, the University and student associations.

All students who wish to can also take part in this festive, bonding and integration day (after your lessons).

The programme, from 12 noonin the gardens of the Hannah Arendt campus:

• 12h - picnic in the gardens
• 1pm to 4pm - start of the Pap'Express, an orienteering race to discover the town as a team and win lots of prizes
• From 3pm - Then on to the Square Agricol Perdiguier (rue de la république) for the associative village (student associations as well as associations in Avignon to help you in your daily life): games, events, cookery classes....
• 6pm - Pap'Express prize-giving ceremony
• 7pm to 11pm -  Atypik Festival concerts from Culture.com (techno, reggae, pop rock) free with reservation.

On site, you'll find a foodtruck and a refreshment bar at student prices.
