"In our modern society, where a sedentary lifestyle is often omnipresent, sport is emerging as an essential response to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As well as improving our physical condition, sport and physical activity in general have a close relationship with our heart, helping to shape and reshape it over time. While it can enhance the performance of top sportsmen and women, can too much sport lead them to exceed their limits? Can the taste for extreme effort in some sportsmen and women create a dramatic history?
