24h for business

News 28 January 2026

Avignon University organised the 6th edition of the «24h pour entreprendre» on 4 and 5 February 2026, , a game with a stimulating and creative approach to entrepreneurship. The aim is to raise students' awareness of the entrepreneurial spirit, enable them to meet professionals, expand their network and acquire new skills, all in a fun way. 115 students took part in the 5th edition, in 2026.

ORGANISATION
Multi-disciplinary and mixed teams of 3 to 4 students work for 24 hours, day and night, on a fictional or real business creation project. At the end of the 24 hours, the teams present their project to a jury made up of professionals and teachers. To meet this challenge, professionals and teachers work around the clock to coach the students, providing advice and support to the teams. And to reward the efforts of the participants, there are a number of prizes to be won, including support for the project from the region's support structures.

WHO CAN TAKE PART?
This challenge is open to students enrolled at Avignon Université or one of the university's partner establishments. From 1st year undergraduates to PhDs, with or without a creative idea, there are no prerequisites!
