The aim of the "Trade and Distribution" Professional Licence is to train professionals in the commercial sector for management, sales and marketing positions in specialised distribution or food distribution, or in services and customer relations and logistics.


Main objectives in the field of "business and marketing"
The main objectives in the field of "Business and Marketing" are the acquisition of the following skills:
  • To position the place of marketing in the sector
  • To master the economy and the company strategy
  • To draw up a competitive analysis
  • To design market studies
  • To manage customer relations (CRM concept)
  • To know the main principles of merchandising
  • To know how to set up and implement a shelf layout
  • To master the criteria of food safety (labels and distinctive signs of quality)

The main objectives in the field of "Services and Logistics" are the acquisition of the following skills:
  • To know the operational construction of services
  • To know the added value of the management of the global logistic chain
  • To know how to manage the relationship between producers 1suppliers 1distributors
  • To elaborate and pilot thanks to statistical tools.
  • To master the logistic flows
