Targeted competencies
- to elaborate an adapted pedagogical course: to identify the objectives of the action for the different partners, to define the pedagogical objectives of the training course, to identify the themes to be dealt with, to define the pedagogical program.
- identify the different teaching approaches to choose those adapted to the objectives: the particularities of the adult trainee, the affirmative, demonstrative, interrogative and active methods, the presentation, the simulations, the case studies, the exercises, the work in pairs and in sub-groups.
- constructing your presentation materials: the particularities of note-taking for an oral presentation, respecting the three pedagogical times, creating transparencies, creating pedagogical materials and exercises.
- leading the session: managing stress, opening the course and making participants feel at ease, analysing the needs of the group, interacting with the group and managing exchanges, understanding the dynamics of the group, dealing with tense situations.
- evaluating the training: evaluating the progress of the trainees during the training, making a self-evaluation of one's intervention and defining progress objectives, proposing an evaluation grid, leading a round table evaluation.
