Access by road

Hannah Arendt Campus

By car: A7 exit 23 "Avignon Nord" / D225 direction Avignon / exit "Avignon Centre" / First interchange: left towards "University".
By bus: lines 1,3,4,9,12 provide regular connections to the "University" and "St Lazare" stops

Jean-Henri Fabre Campus

By car: A7 exit 24 "Avignon Caumont Chateaurenard" / roundabout on the right direction "Avignon" / roundabout on the left direction "Centre ville" / on the right direction "Agroparc, Chambre d'Agriculture".
By bus: lines 3 and 21 provide regular connections to the "Agroparc" and "Lycée Agricole" stops

Access by train

By tgv, Avignon is 2h40 from Paris, 1h from Lyon, 20 mn from Marseille, or 4h40 from Lille.

From the TGV station, take a taxi or the shuttle bus to the city centre. You can then take a bus to go to the city center or Agroparc campus.

The University is located 20 minutes walk from the train station. You can also take the bus lines that make the same journey.

There are direct flights between Avignon and Great Britain (Southampton, Exeter, Leeds, Edinburgh).

Opening hours

The buildings

The buildings on the Hannah Arendt Campus (excluding the Chabran site) are open from Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 8pm.
The buildings on the Chabran site are open from Monday to Friday from 7.45am to 8.30pm.
The Sports and Research Centre is open from Monday to Friday from 7.45am to 9.45pm.

The IUT buildings are open from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm.
The CERI buildings are open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 7pm.
The Agrosciences Pole buildings are open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.

Administrative services

As a general rule, the University's administrative services are open to the public from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

The University Library

The Central Library is open from Monday to Friday from 7.45am to 7.50pm.
The Agroparc Library is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
Closed during the Christmas holidays and the month of August.

Group work rooms

It is possible to reserve a group work room in the library of the Sainte Marthe site. Group work rooms are also available to students at the IUT of Avignon and at the CERI.
In both cases, please contact the reception desk.
