The website

The website of the University Library allows:
  • to know the news of the library (home page)
  • to consult the Facebook page and Doc'Infos, the newsletter
  • to consult the library's computerized catalogue
  • to search the electronic library: online databases, electronic books and periodicals
  • to access the reader's area (extension of loans, reservations and purchase suggestions)
  • to make suggestions for acquisitions
  • to make requests for interlibrary loans
  • to make requests for books, periodicals and DVDs via the document shuttle between the two libraries
  • to print remotely

Ariane, the library's search engine, allows you to access all its physical and electronic collections.
In a single query, you can simultaneously search for:
  • the library catalogue
  • most of the electronic resources to which the library subscribes
  • non-subscribed electronic resources for extended searching
The principle of operation is as follows:
  • a keyword search to obtain documents located in the library and full-text electronic resources,
  • facets or filters to refine the search,
  • widgets for "bouncing" to external databases

The library also offers training to master's students: documentary workshops allow students to learn (in particular Zotero or documentary and information monitoring).
For doctoral students, it organises specialised training courses throughout the year, in partnership with the Research Support Office and Urfist Méditerranée: "Découverte de la BU (Discovering the Library)" workshops, presentation of Open Access, sessions to organise one's visibility on the web.
