Studies and schooling

The mission of the Studies and Schooling Service is to welcome and inform students in their administrative procedures. It ensures:
 
  • The organization of pre-registration and administrative registration
  • The delivery of the multi-service card
  • Requests for special study plans
  • Application for transfer of file
  • Cancellation and refund of tuition fees
  • Issuance of certificates of achievement and diplomas
  • Preparation of timetables
The Schooling service (reception on the ground floor of the north building) welcomes you by appointment for all questions relating to your administrative registration and your administrative procedures, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 16:00.

Offices B, C, and D are open every day (except from July to September).

Office D: Sciences, Technologies, Health - IUT
